The only thing I don't know how you would get around is having a Tap (or other brand) touch panel on the table for each system 1. You could design a system that had all the necessary video switching and control to have both systems in the same place. You basically want a fully functional Teams and Zoom system in the same room.Īny solution I know of is one or the other (or if it does both you need to reboot and change it, so not really user friendly). Its possible to do what it sounds like you want, but not cheap. The best option might be setting up a second system in a different room and clearly labeling it your "Zoom conference room" vs your "Teams conference room". With all the hassles I've seen over the years with people rushing to start/join videoconferences with only 5 minutes of lead time? I wouldn't even recommend such a thing. If you really want the flexibility to do a native Zoom Rooms conference OR an MS Teams conference and switch between them easily? I think you have to get creative and do a pretty complex setup. The Tap touch-screen controller would just work directly with the Rally Bar in that scenario. If you used it for Zoom, in other words? the Intel NUC computer could be removed from the whole equation. (The Logitech Rally Bar itself runs internal software for Zoom conference calls, vs acting more like an accessory camera/speakers/microphone for the Intel NUC PC to use via a special version of MS Teams running on it, made for "Teams Rooms" environments.) From what I read about all of it, it works considerably differently when you configure it all for Zoom. Just to chime in here? We recently purchased the same hardware you're talking about here, and set it up for an MS Teams Room.
